Data we handle
- Emails you send us. Your address and the content of your message, used only to reply.
- Technical logs. Our hosting and delivery provider records standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and time) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are requested.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell personal data and we do not create marketing profiles.
Legal bases
Under the LGPD we rely on legitimate interest to operate and protect the site, and on your request to answer the messages you send. Where consent is required, we will ask for it clearly.
Cookies
The editorial pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary technical cookies may be used by our infrastructure for delivery and protection.
Retention
Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and then deleted within a reasonable period, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights under the LGPD
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and review of consent. Send your request to support@lathebook.online. You may also contact Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside Brazil. We choose providers that offer safeguards compatible with the LGPD.
